Return/Refunds
Cigars4Less.ca strives to bring you the best deals on high-quality cigars and accessories. All of our products go through careful inspection before being shipped to our loyal customers. If however, there is a chance that you receive a defective or damaged item or your just not happy with your purchase, please contact info@cigars4less.ca within 2 hours upon receipt of the order. An agent will help determine if your situation warrants an exchange, credit or refund. Upon completion of the decision, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). It is important that number is written on the package before its return to ensure a speedy and accurate return. Please note that returns take 3-10 business days from receiving a return to process and all costs associated with returns is the customers sole responsibility. If a return is lost in the mail, goes missing, and becomes missing in action while being returned Cigars 4 Less takes no responsibility what so ever and will not reimburse the customer.
*Note: For cigar refunds a $25 re stocking fee will be applied
Shipping/Delivery
Shipments via our preferred courier are the customers sole responsibility and cigars 4 less will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Cigars 4 Less does not itself ship cigars outside of Ontario.
However, if you request delivery outside of Ontario, you authorize us to engage a shipper on your behalf to pick up your order from our store and deliver it as you instructed. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable laws of the place where you have directed the courier to deliver your order. Shipping times are not guaranteed. A signature from a person 19 years and older will be required upon delivery, however what the courier decides to do with obtaining signature is the couriers responsibility. If we have to order cigars in on your behalf there are no set timelines on delivery, and no refunds for delays, please make sure the cigars you want to order are truly the cigars you want to order, if however you strongly choose to get a refund a 30% re stocking fee will be applied to the grand total of the purchase.

Cigars 4 Less.ca only sells cigars in Ontario! By purchasing on this website, the purchaser agrees to enter into a contract performed in and governed by the Laws of Ontario and further agrees that title to the items purchased passes to the buyer in Ontario. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable law in the place where the purchaser has directed the courier to deliver the purchaser’s orders.

You must be of legal age in your area or older to purchase products on this website. By submitting an order, you represent that you are of legal smoking age or older and you are not purchasing products for anyone who is younger than the minimum legal smoking age. When you or your designated person picks up and/or signs for the products ordered, you will be required to present proof that you are of legal smoking age or older.
